The County has issued the following revised NOP of a draft SEIR for the Eliot Quarry SMP-23 Reclamation Plan Amendment Project:
The County of Alameda (County) has issued the following revised notice of availability (NOA) to inform other agencies and the public that the County has prepared a notice of preparation (NOP) that it will be preparing a subsequent environmental impact report (SEIR) for the reclamation plan amendment for Eliot Quarry (SMP-23):

As noted in the documents provided above, the County will be conducting the public scoping meeting on June 26, 2019, at Garre' Vineyard Winery Martintelli Event Center, 7986 Tesla Road, Livermore, California, 94550, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  In addition, the County has issued the following notice of a public meeting on June 26, 2019, at Garre' Vineyard Winery Martinelli Event Center, 7986 Tesla Road, Livermore, California, 94550, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., to inform the public of proposed reclamation activities in the Lake A area:
